By using Wasl Assist, you agree to these terms. --- ## 1. Service Description Wasl Assist is an assistive messaging tool designed to help businesses manage WhatsApp conversations by suggesting or sending replies during off-hours or periods of high message volume. The service works **alongside the WhatsApp Business App** and does not replace human control. --- ## 2. User Responsibility - Businesses are fully responsible for all messages sent from their WhatsApp account - Businesses must ensure that message content complies with applicable laws and WhatsApp policies - Wasl Assist does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice --- ## 3. Message Control - Businesses control when message assistance is enabled or disabled - Businesses can pause or stop the service at any time - Wasl Assist only responds to inbound messages and does not send unsolicited messages --- ## 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use Wasl Assist to: - Send spam or unsolicited messages - Mislead or impersonate individuals - Violate WhatsApp policies or applicable regulations --- ## 5. Availability & Limitations The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of suggested replies. --- ## 6. Suspension or Termination We may suspend or terminate access if the service is used in violation of these terms or applicable policies. --- ## 7.
