The service works **alongside the WhatsApp Business App** and does not replace human control.

- Businesses control when message assistance is enabled or disabled
- Businesses can pause or stop the service at any time
- Wasl Assist only responds to inbound messages and does not send unsolicited messages

You agree not to use Wasl Assist to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Mislead or impersonate individuals
- Violate WhatsApp policies or applicable regulations
